Positives: The entry of the Hotel was nice.
Negatives: AC/HEATING unit was not operational, broken! Wouldn't even turn on. Room was cold. Other guest in Hotel were banging on the wall and stomping on the floor past Midnight! Were told we didn't pay enough for room to qualify for breakfast.

Positives: Breakfast was amazing staff when I checked in was awesome and kind. The morning staff maybe not so much but ok.
Negatives: For their staff not to be intermediated by bosses when customers speak to them. It's very uncomfortable for me. I should be able to ask questions and smile without staff being afraid to talk to me!!!
