The night manager was pretty friendly

-Bed bugs
-The front desk agent cleans the room and checks in the guests
- Stray cats come in the hotel at night
- Don’t even think about walking on the room floor barefoot because it hasn’t been cleaned in probably years.

Parking lot was lit at night.

We were told we could not check in until between 4:00-5:00 as no rooms were ready, staff was not friendly, room smelled like a bunch of dogs were left in there wet, mold on the shower walls, mold on the ac unit, tables dirty, used shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom on the sink, ripped curtains. We had to clean the room and use room deodorizer just to stay. We were not able to cancel due to their policy without losing money. They charged $171 for this! I would never recommend this hotel. The lady asked if we had a good stay at check out and I told her “no” and her reply was “well you’re good to go”. I tried to message their page and it kept saying there was an error.
