Room opens to outside and it was very loud. It felt like there was people in your room when they were actually outside. Other than that it was fine.

Nothing. It was disgusting and not worth the price.

Everything. The counter in the lobby is a literal sheet of plywood, there were stains all over in the room, the staff was unprofessional, there were 4 dead bugs (including one cockroach looking thing) that we found in the room, the door barely locked, nothing was clean at all.

Honestly, nothing really. The front desk lady seemed nice but the hotel itself is awful.
Negatives:
The hotel was disgusting. Within seconds of being in the room, we saw bugs and cockroaches. The lamp shades are full of holes. The bathroom was gross...tub had a bunch of weird deep scratches in it and rust. The room was just gross.
