Positives: Breakfast was standard fare, good for the family with an assortment of sausages, eggs, cereals, drinks, and other items. The beds felt comfortable. We had an excellent night of sleep. Also, our hotel desk manager, Joann, was super-friendly and hospitable. Also, Clarion Inn is in a great location at Cranberry Township: it is near a lot of nice stores and restaurants. Also, friendly cleaning staff.

Negatives: Room was not the most clean as we expected, nothing super poor but we were not super impressed. Other than that, it was a standard hotel room. Thankful for the good night's rest.

Negatives: The woman checking us in seemed very annoyed yet it wasn't busy. Also, the outside side door that is supposed to be locked 24/7 and can only be opened with a key card was unlocked our entire stay. Any random person had access to the building at any time. Not safe.

Positives: The staff was helpful. The breakfast was decent. The room was clean.

Negatives: We could hear noise from other guests that were in another room or outside the window in the parking lot. The language was crude and the noise upsetting. Also, in the hallway there were towels beside some doors and trash on the floor by the ice machine. I don't know if it was just the quality of the guests or not enough staff to handle the maintenance but I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel. Everything else was fine.
