I liked the jet tub, king size bed and TV. I like having a desk.

I arrived at almost 11pm after breaking down. The night receptionist was very rude. She acted like I was inconvenienced her by being there. I went into my room. It was dirty. The sheets were stained, bathroom was gross, not vacuumed and sticky stuff in the mini fridge. When I went out to the desk. She said she can give me sheets to change myself. I said no I'm paying 200 a night and I want it cleaned or a new room. She said when I come back it will be done. I came back at 5pm and nothing had been done. I went to the desk and there was a new person. He was great. Within 5 minutes house keeping was in my room. I asked for a discount because that was ridiculous to come into a room like that. I was told he couldn't do that. I only stayed one more night. So my room was only clean for a quarter of my stay. I will never use this chain of hotels again.
