Positives:
The kitchen staff, Shani, was excellent! Sarah was good at the front desk!
Negatives:
Our refrigerator blew its motor and had an awful smell that lasted for hours. The front desk staff was no help in getting it removed, spraying for smell nor replacing it. My husband put it in the hall, I bought air freshener and the kitchen staff arranged for a new refrigerator. This incident brought to light other maintenance issues: bulbs out, curtains falling down, lack of beauty supplies, trashy parking lot, for starters. One of the main amenities was closed., the pool. I got the room because of it and didn't receive a discount in rate.

Okay stay this time
Positives:
I felt very comfortable and safe. I was traveling alone, so that was important to me. I enjoyed having the little restaurant attached to the hotel to grab a quick bite. I also really enjoyed the staff. They were very friendly and helpful and morning nibbles for breakfast was great.
Negatives:
I didnt like the long walk to my room from the front desk. It was very far. I had a lot of bags to carry and it was pretty heavy and I wasnt anticipating it being that far.
