Negatives: I was suppose to get a 1 bedroom suite with a couch. I instead got a room with a full-size bed with a recliner! So, me at 63 had to sleep in a broken recliner all night and could barely move the next day!

Negatives: The room was 64 degrees when we arrived at about 6:00 and although the clerk tried to adjust it, never warmed up, and although she promised Maintenance, none ever arrived. She did offer another room, but we had already gone to bed by that time.
