-washer/dryer; there are only 1 of each. They take quarters; the quarter slot of the drying was not working correctly; had to shake the dryer to get the quarters to go in.
Chose this hotel due to indoor pool. Pool was out of order when we arrived. We were not informed of this when we booked and did not receive a discount for false advertisement of the availability of the pool.

Room was very nice and the staff was very friendly. The lobby and pool area were beautiful.
Negatives:
I had to ask twice for service to my room. I didn't expect sheets and towels to be changed everyday but if I ask for trash cans to be emptied I expect that it would be taken care of. Breakfast is a little expensive for what was on the buffet. Should be expanded with more selections.
