Positives: The room size, the location, and the Fleming restaurant. On our last day the Christmas tree was being set up and it looked it’s going to be amazing. The valet service was good.

Negatives: House keeping was bad, the staff are not helpful at all “house keeping and reception”. The pillows were so bad, the elevators needed maintenance and the hotel needs an update overall.

Positives: The property has a perfect location if visiting the downtown. There is walking covered bridge connected to the mall and below it is a pharmacy.

Negatives: The hot water pressure is really low and I can hear the sound of the motorcycle. Also the wi-fi is not free and need to register to their club to get it free.

Positives: The hotel itself is beautiful in the inside.

Negatives: The hotel has two sides. The side that goes to the 25th floor is nice and very clean. The other side that goes to the 15th is very outdated. The hallway had the worst odor, window seal paint was chipped very bad, end tables were very dusty, the cream chair had alot of stains on it and long hair in the bath tube. Definitely need better house keeping.

Positives: Nothing.

Negatives: The hotel is obviously very old: the elevator is quite shaking, but the worst part comes from the windows: you can feel the cold air coming in and you hear all the noise coming from the street...not to mention the stumping sounds coming from I don't know where. The breakfast is merely average: don't have high expectations, it's basic eggs and bacon, and cheap cheese and ham, along with processed bread.
