Good news! Before Wednesday, Jan 1st, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Wednesday, Jan 1st, 2025 at midnight and Thursday, Jan 2nd, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Thursday, Jan 2nd, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Jan 2, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Property policy).
