On oceanfront, lovely room, clean, great staff, in house restaurant far exceeded expectations.
Negatives:
It’s not the hotels fault, but there are a hub of characters loitering immediately outside the hotel , and additionally in the car park at the north side. Very off putting, which is a shame because other than that it was great value for money.

Awesome oceanfront hotel that takes...
Positives:
The room was clean when we arrived. It wasn't super stocked up. We had to ask for more towels and toilet paper. There was not enough cups, plates and silverware.
Negatives:
I was not told about the $15 a day for parking upon check in. There was only 6 handicapped spaces. My elderly mother had to walk far on the rooftop to inside the building. The hallways did not smell great. I know it is a pet friendly hotel but a little more effort there. The breakfast was decent. The area is too small. Too many families and not enough space. The one attendant did her best but the crowd was a lot. She needed help. Guests were still in pajamas and kids were not attended to by adults at the buffet. Something needs to be put in place about both of those issues.
