The wet dog smell in the room was terrible. I love pets but some rooms should be designated "no pets" for people who don't like smelling wet dogs.

There was hair on the shower wall. The shower did not work well. There was vomit just outside the entrance. When I informed the staff ir was apparently hosed down. That only spread it.

When I first got to the hotel the front desk employee kept me waiting for 10 minutes and then she wanna tell me she can't find my booking I booked room 2 nights before through booking . Com I haded everything paid for online I gave her confirmation code and my ID she told me to call booking. Com I asked for a manger because me and my family were tired after driving 12 hours she said there is no manager then out of now where she said she found it she's not professional kept calling me baby in front of my wife that kinda upset me family you should call me sir not baby we're not in the hood or the streets we haded a small pet she wanted to charge me 75 dollars everything was paid online our pet is a service pet you don't charge for that I always used booking .com go to alot of hotels this is the worse experience ever will not come back to this hotel

Clean and checking in/out was easy.
Negatives:
Some of the general areas of the hotel could have been a little cleaner. Gym area had obvious dried up sweat from someone who didn’t care to wipe down after themselves. However, it was dry and obviously there for days. The outside patio area needed a lot of cleanup and cushions were thrown around and dirty.
