I booked my reservation to pay by cash and the hotel tried to charge my debit card 3 different times. I arrived and was shocked to find out about a $100 incidentals deposit. I purposely booked a room with two beds, for myself and a friend. I was given a room with only one bed, which was very awkward. I found the staff to be very rude and abrasive. The first night our room had no wash cloths at all. We were concerned by people drinking and lingering in the parking lot and didn't feel safe going inside. I'm unbelievably disappointed in my stay and very disappointed in this booking. If I book a room with two beds, I expect to receive that. This stay was completely unacceptable.
