Positives: The hotel is exceptionally clean and comfortable. The covered parking accommodations are a plus! The kudos definitely go out to the staff! Background - We were displaced from our original accommodation due to an emergency evacuation. After completing an online reservation I called and explained our situation to Liz. She assured us we could come right away, eat breakfast, and expedited our room with housekeeping so we could check in early, and complete our day. Liz at the front desk was hands-down one of the best ever encountered! Every member of the team during our stay was incredibly helpful and friendly! Ive been in customer service for over 20 years, and Liz is exceptional at what she does!
