Positives: Our rooms were spotless, quiet, and comfortable. The woman working the afternoon of our check in was AMAZING! She was so busy (there were literally so many people checking in and some were kind of rude to her), working alone, and was still so polite, professional, friendly, and thorough! But still speedy. We had our room keys, enrolled in honors, had everything explained to us, handed our waters, and were up into in less than 5 minutes.

Positives: It felt clean and new.
Negatives: TV remote was poorly designed and hard to use. Ugly hall carpet made new carpet appear ancient and degraded. Breakfast meat would benefit from browning patties and links, serving quality products and adding bacon. Better waffle batter would be better too.

Negatives: My reservation was cancelled on the day of arrival- literally 30 minutes before I checked in, with the hotel saying Booking.com cancelled it- and no response at all from booking.com after raising the issue with them. I had to rebook the room at higher nightly rate. The hotel desk person tried to see if they could match the rates originally booked- but the hotel manager refused to match the rates originally booked. In additionI had to book two queen beds rather than a king. Very disappointing in both booking.com and the hotel itself for refusing to make it right. Def will re-consider who I stay with and who I use to book a room with in the future.

Positives: Didnt have breakfast while staying.
Negatives: There definitely wasnt enough staff working with having a huge meet room booked out. I mean dont get me wrong the room we got was great. But walking to the pool I almost stepped in vomit twice. And no one was around to clean it. I think there should be a noise limit on music after a certain time. It was 10:45pm and the music from the meeting room was so loud we could hear it from our room 4 doors down.
