Negatives: The beds were rock hard but it was fine I have slept on worse.

Negatives: I booked 2 separate rooms, 1 for me and my husband, room 201, and 1 for my sister and her dog, room 205. The tvs in both of our rooms did not work, said no service, our sheets and bedspreads had cigarette burn holes in them, the towels were old and thin and rough; the one in our room hanging over the tub was black on the top. My sister, in room 205, could not use her refrigerator as the inside smelled moldy. They said on the site on your listing that they had Continental Breakfast, and what they had was cold coffee, a juice machine, and cheap pre-packaged danish. we could not eat there and ate at Burger King. I complained to the manager who was very apologetic and said that they had new towels but the owner wouldnt let them use them. They also told him he needs to have a better breakfast but he wont listen to them. I requested a refund and she said she would have the owner call me, he never did. I tried calling 2x, and the phone rang and rang and finally was hung up. I figure their caller ID recognized my number so they didnt pick up. On the bottom of my receipt, I noticed afterwards that it says: No refund after 30 minutes of checking in. They must realize their hotel is awful if they have to have this on your bill. This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. I am requesting we both get a refund from this awful place. My sisters name is Theresa Poisson, she paid for her room separately.
