We did not have breakfast as the dining area was undergoing renovations.
Negatives:
We were informed the hotel was undergoing renovations on our way during our drive. We arrived and discovered a large portion of the front lobby and right across from our room was under a large tarp. Had we known before we might have made other plans to stay somewhere else.

It was a night stay and nothing else

At around 4:00 a.m. in the morning, the staff that was hired to cook was extremely noisy and loud. I mean-- slamming containers around and talking to each other with "outside voices". When I got dressed at 4:30 a.m. and went to the front counter to ask if she could let the staff know to quiet down, I was told " they are having to prepare for breakfast. Since the noise continued, my guess is that nothing was done, and the noise continued. No sleeping for us after that. Annoying and disturbing.

The location was great easy access to main highway and decent selection of restaurants nearby . Staff was friendly and room was quiet and bed was very comfortable.
Negatives:
Well as they are under going renovations I will let the dreariness of the color choices go unmentionedbrown is not a color! Also the garbage can was still full from previous guest and the batteries in the remote did not work .
