Positives: Nothing; this room was filthy it had stains on the floor that looked like blood, holes in the wall, old coffee was left in the coffee pot and the TV did not work also the water wasn't clean and it smelled. I had to book another motel to sleep comfortable.

Negatives: Everything was was not humanity for this room. Please take them off of your booking list.

Positives: Dog friendly. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Morning coffee was good, but I didn't try the rest of the breakfast. Reception staff was very friendly and professional. A couple of restaurants were right next door.

Negatives: It was right next to I-40 and not super quiet but really not a problem, especially after dark.
