Between Wednesday, Nov 27th, 2024 at midnight and Thursday, Nov 28th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Thursday, Nov 28th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 28, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Negatives: Locked myself out of my room and couldnt get back in because couldnt get ahold of anyone from the hotel to get another key made so I had to wake up friends in the area at 1am to crash on their couch and couldnt even sleep in my room I paid over $----

Negatives: I didnt care for the hotel at all!!! After traveling for hours, no restroom in very tight unattractive lobby, no sit down breakfast only grab & go, room doors on the outside, etc. I felt that info on website was false! Very displeased that I cancelled!

Positives: Floor was very sticky told employees several times so I may get a discount of free room considering how much a night is but they never got in contact with me or said anything so that's not good trash under the bed jus wandnt a good experience.
