Positives: The staff was friendly and polite.
Negatives: The property was in need of upkeep. There was a bucket near the elevator bank catching water dripping from the ceiling. The wallpaper and plaster was cracked and water damaged. It had a used car sales man trying to relive his high-school football glory days feel. The food at the Bistro Cafe was overpriced by a wide margin.

Negatives: Never had our room cleaned during our 4 night stay, the morning server for the "bar/restaurant" was ignoring everyone, he had earbuds in his ears so he could pretend not to hear us...He was absolutely useless.

Negatives: Our family stayed for 5 days, 4 nights and there was never a housekeeper in our room. I had to call and ask for clean towels on day 3. I had to pick up them up from the front desk and the lady said she would leave a note for them to clean our room.
