Positives: Good location next to the I-75. Excellent room price.
Negatives: The hotel advertised a hot breakfast, but there were no hot items unless you consider making your own waffles as having a hot meal. The hotel was rundown and could use a good updating and cleaning. The carpets in the common areas need cleaning.

Negatives: the walls were so thin that we could hear our neighbors who were up most of the night talking & laughing & it kept us awake. We asked to be moved but were denied. I tried to call the front desk to no avail. I went outside to ring the night bell lobby lock
