Positives: The room was clean.

Negatives: It was under massive repair with caution tape everywhere. You advised breakfast but with all the renovations they just had three types of bread and coffee. It would have been helpful before my reservation was made to have known that. Also, I thought it was advertised as refundable until the night before. The confirmation was sent and it said no confirmation. I thought I had another day but didn’t. It felt like a bait and switch.
