We choose locations based on the fitness facility. I came down so excited that you have a Peloton. When I turned it on it asked for a code. I went to the front desk to request a code and was met with horrible customer service. When I asked to speak to a manager, she informed me that the manager was not in. Zero effort to help and no desire to try and find the answer. I explained it is her job to find the answer and that I would be waiting. About 12 minutes later a young man tried to assist but he was unable to load the program either. At least he tried. I was shocked at how little this young lady knows about the basics of customer service. Had he not come to help this would have been a very sour review on Google. Please train your team on what they should do when they don't know the answer.
