Negatives: It was a small room, the pictures on the site look deceiving..It didn't look very clean and the shower needs help. Dated and should be upgraded.

Negatives: completely dirty rooms, dirty bedding, dirty and yellowed pillows, smell of cigarettes in the hallways and in the room, TV doesn't work.

Negatives: The tv in both rooms did not work. They fixed one and replaced the other one with a broken base and just propped it up against the wall. The microwave was so rusty and filthyI wouldn't heat anything in it and feed a wild animal from it. the ice machine in the common area didn't work, the refrigerator was full of water and went everywhere when we opened the door, for the money we paid I expected at least a 4 star place, I rate it a 1 star, will never stay there again

Negatives: Desk legs needed tightening No bacon nor any ham served the three mornings we were there.

Negatives: The shower head was gross and looks like it's never been cleaned.

Negatives: The room or building portion is old with plaster type walls that have cracked paint with little decoration to cover it up. I messaged the front desk ahead of time that I was traveling with my family and a dog. One family member is handicapped, but we didn’t get a handicapped room and not enough wash cloths and towels. No linen for the pull out couch. I had to go back to the front desk to request these. They had no pillows at the time and had to take them from another room and bring them to me. There was also no hot water due to a plumbing issue for 2 nights. it was not freezing cold but not even warm. Not even any type of concession offered for this inconvenience. The smoking at the side entrance was the worse. Maybe homeless people stay here. There were people with backpacks and full trash bags smoking by the doors all the time and we had to walk through that crap coming and going.

Negatives: Expensive for what u get noisy dogs barking all night people fighting in their rooms and hall no security to stop it

Negatives: The hot tub area was nice, the tub was hot. The only complaint I have is that the windows into the hot tub area are on the sidewalk between the entrance doors to floor/rooms. I didn't get an opportunity to see how well you could see inside, since it was raining when I left. But I could see out and could see someone standing outside on the sidewalk, possibly smoking (which is fine) and seemed to be looking in. Hopefully it is one way type glass. If not, might I suggest that it get upgraded to that. One other thing, the lights above the bed...there needs to be a switch lower switch to turn them off and on. I am very short and I had to stand up on the bed to turn it on. Not a great way to have lighting
