I recently had a truly horrendous stay at this hotel from the moment I checked in.
Cleanliness Issues
I was horrified to find blood on the shower curtain and feces on the bathroom door, a dead bug by the coffee pot that appeared to have been there a while, and there was feces on the floor and walls. To make matters worse, there was either feces or vomit on the bed! It was absolutely unacceptable.
Smoke Smell in a Non-Smoking Room
Despite booking a non-smoking room, the smell of smoke was very strong, making it hard to breathe. I had to purchase deodorizing spray from the gas station nearby, which did not work to cover the stench. This was far from a fresh environment.
Damp Towels
ALL of the towels provided were damp. When going to the front desk to request new towels, I was told that they only had three left available and we were four guests. But it's not like we used the shower after seeing the blood-stained curtain anyway. This was incredibly frustrating, as I expected basic amenities.
Poor Customer Service
I tried to cancel my stay due to these issues, but I was informed that I needed to speak with the manager in the morning. The front desk staff was uncaring and unhelpful. To date, I have not received a refund.
Conclusion
Overall, my experience at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. It was the most unpleasant stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, I am sharing my experience with others to prevent them from facing similar issues. BE WARNED!
