The location is great. Easy walk to Broadway and most downtown attractions.
Negatives:
The thermostat was broken in our room. They attempted to fix it twice, but it couldn't be fixed. They never offered to relocate us until I finally asked to be moved to a different room. We were exhausted from a long travel day.
