Super 8 by Wyndham Nashville West

Negatives: There were used soaps left in the shower, and the shower didn’t seem like it had been cleaned. There was dirty towels and hand towels with makeup on them. I accidentally left my journal only approximately less than a day after we left I messaged realizing I had left it and they said it wasn’t there at all which I found untrue because the journal was brought into the hotel, I had written in it the night before and left it on the bed and forgotten to pick it up. I searched my bags, car etc and it was no where to be found so the only place it was left was in the hotel room. I don’t know what happened to it because I’m not the cleaning staff but I’m frustrated that it wasn’t brought to the desk and/or letting me know I had left my journal and pen, and if I wanted it back or to just throw away etc. and on the way out we did say good morning to the cleaning lady that passed and she just gave us a glare and said nothing back which both me and my friend thought was a little rude. Honestly at first we brushed it off and in reality I don’t like taking the time to write reviews, but I’m just kinda upset that I forgot my journal which is totally my fault but i don’t appreciate that I was lied to about it not being there. I honestly would’ve even preferred having the answer that they just threw it away if that was the case. Anyways, I’m grateful I had a place to sleep.

Negatives: Room wasn't that clean. The bathroom ceiling drywall was horrible it needs major repair. There was hair all over the back of the bathroom door. Beds not to comfortable. Room needs to be clean better. Think the price is to much for that kind of hotel.

Negatives: Nothing everything was as expected.
