Not worth the cost at all. It is dingy & dark. Didn't feel comfortable or clean. They started a leaf blower @ 8 am and housekeeping knocked @ 830 am. We couldn't get out of there fast enough. Don't recommend. Would never stay again.

No assistance with baggage if you arrive after 8pm (bellhop goes home at 8pm), valet parking is $54 per 24 hours, our room on 12th floor had amazing views but was below the roof-mounted engine house for the elevator system so we had almost no sleep due to constant engine noise. Staff offered ear plugs. And on departure offered up small financial considerations as compensation. Would not stay here again.

Great property in a great location, the pool was wonderful and the staff was great. It was a bit disappointing when we arrived late there was no bar open or food available. The tacos during the day were great but there is nothing available after 10PM and nothing very close to walk to

Location is awesome, fun pool area, staff graciously upgraded our room to a suite with the other room adjoining which was so so fun. Coffee bar in lobby delicious line moves fast, taco place attached with yummy smoothies.
Negatives:
It clearly needs to be updated paint peeling on ceilings, lipstick on a pig type of updates. The housekeepers did not fully clean our rooms- leaving glasses behind, never replenished our toilet paper only got new towels if requested. Some of the staff at the front desk seem annoyed if you were talking to them

Location was great. Pool area was nice.
Negatives:
This property was $500/night but no where near the calibre of what one would expect for that amount. The elevators were dirty, the ice room was a mechanical room with empty bottles/garbage in it and base of u it broken so could not set bucket down, the room was comfortable but nothing exceptional. The decor was disjointed and it seemed like they were trying to be eclectic but not functional.
