Positives:
Hotel is clean, modern and beautiful. The rooms are large and have large modern bathrooms. The pool area is wonderful. The water is clean and there are waterfall features. In the evening there is a fire, fairy lights, barbecue facilities and comfortable furniture. There is shaded parking in the back. We stayed there on two different occasions and really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast is good and he beds are new and comfortable. We didn't want to stay in San Antonio because it is so big and this was close and well situated off of the highway.

Positives:
The hotel is clean and well kept. The room was beautiful and large. It was clean and pleasant. The beds were good and the bathroom huge. The pool area is great with running water over rocks, jets, all kinds of lounging chairs and very clean. In the evening there is an outside fireplace and barbecue area for guests. This is alovely property.

The pool was closed for renovation and we havent been informed beforehand. Since we were traveling with small kids, the pool was one of the main Cartiers why we chose this location.

The desk staff is amazing. They are always pleasant, cheerful, and helpful. I have now stayed there twice on visits to Boerne within the last six months and I don't think I would stay anywhere else. They are lovely.
Negatives:
The only thing I noticed in the room was the bathtub was a bit worn this time. However, it was clean and certainly functional so not really an issue at all. No complaints.
