Positives: The room was HUGE! Breakfast was amazing!
Negatives: We didn't have extra sheets for sofa bed and had to call for them. The next morning we discovered that we didn't have a shower curtain either! We called and they sent one to our room but we had to install it.

Positives: The staff was nice
Negatives: The location of this hotel was in a bad area. Lots of homeless hanging around and we did not feel safe staying there. We did not stay in this hotel. I would like to try to get a refund since I had to find a new hotel

Negatives: My stay has 4 people total the first day they only gave us 2 towels then I asked for more when they cleaned the next day no wash towels were left and again only 2 towels the last night is when they gave me 3 prior to my reservation it showed a fam of 4

Positives: Housekeeping, Room was clean and fresh.
Negatives: Unprofessional / Rude Front desk lady. she refused to assign a room at 2:30pm and wanted us to wait until 3pm instead. Same time I processed my check in on Hilton app and got a room assigned online.

Positives: Hotel employee at the front desk was really kind. When we checked in, breakfast was close to being over, she insisted that we leave our bags with her so that we could still get a chance to eat.
Negatives: The parking garage is SCARY!! The trash is not emptied daily and was overflowing. Also, the key entry from the garage was broken- so at anytime someone could come into the hotel from the garage.
