I was immediately adjacent to construction of new lobby. The noise was unpleasant.
Positives:
This hotel exceeded my expectations! The renovations so far are beautiful, and the rooms are equipped with everything you may need (nice size refrigerator, dishwasher, mini stove top, microwave etc.). Breakfast is very basic, but they do have a pancake machine, so that's different, but I wish they had some more options like scrambled eggs. Ultimately, I look forward to seeing the new front desk and all the other completed renovations.
Negatives:
The shower wasn't clean when I arrived and the used bath wash, shampoo, and conditioner was still in there. I always bring my own soap and bath essentials, so I wasn't too worried about that part, and being that it was newly renovated it was easy to wash out.
