First of all, the pictures post are not remotely the same. Both of our rooms were filthy. The carpet was disgusting, and the walls were dirty. When we went to the front desk, they gave us two other room on another floor. The room looked good. However, there were no comforters on the bed and no towels. It wasn't until the morning when we noticed that there were used soap and shampoo left in the tub. The sink was stopped up, and the lock was broken. Our second room tub was stopped up, and we found socks in the drawer left from the last guest. We left earlier and asked for them to clean the room. We came back around three, and the rooms were still dirty. We told Aldolfo and housekeeping what we needed, and they said they would take care of it. We left and came back at 9 pm and our rooms weren't even touched. We went to talk to Diana, and she said the manager would be there in the morning. Well, in the morning, there was no sing of Blanca, the manager. This hotel should not be open to the public it is completely gross. We saw other guest complaining about bot having their rooms clean. They didn't even seem to care. Horrible service at its best. We didn't even dare to eat the breakfast there. I will be reporting this location to the health department and the local code enforcement.
