Positives: It was clean. The temperature in the room was always great. The staff was friendly and attentive. Our sink leaked water all over the floor and they sent someone up to fix it within 3 minutes of reporting it.

Negatives: They did not seem to refill their complementary water once it was empty. It did not matter if I went down mid morning, afternoon or evening, it was empty. You could tell it had been fresh because they changed out the fruit in it every day but still always empty. Just ice and fruit remaining. You have to pay for the internet but even if you purchase the best they offer.. which I did, it's still too slow to work efficiently. The room had a refrigerator which was great but no microwave and no commons area to use a microwave..
