Positives: Breakfast was just ok. Nothing special. Suzanne at front desk was great!
Negatives: Did not receive the king bed room we booked; instead given 2 queen bed room leaving very little space for relaxing in front of lake view window. Very disappointed. Half of our floor was being updated. Those workers were very polite and professional.

Positives: The woman that checked us in was the ONLY reason we did not make a bigger deal about our stay which was absolutely less than satisfying. Literally the only thing that made us try to work through this nasty experience.
Negatives: The rooms were DISGUSTING, very old (even while doing renovations we were given a very low grade room & smelled of old feet/NOT WIPED BUTT -STRONG including the bedding). I chose NOT to take pictures trying to avoid this but with the money put into today's world for this experience was HORRIBLE to say the least. The elevator had wrapping around inside not knowing if someone was hiding behind them which is scary for females alone!! We left early for a family emergency however were leaving early due to the smell so strong of BUTT/FEET in the room it was impossible to try to sleep. I requested a room for view but was informed the third party did not add that so I got a lovely view of the dumpsters filled with a parking lot around it. I paid extra for a breakfast that I never got to eat so that was also disappointing beyond satisfaction. Under NO circumstances do I/we feel this was a good or slightly good experience & request a refund if NOTHING ELSE a portion for the lack of satisfaction (legit not just to complain) but our personal reason for having to leave abruptly. (mother has Dementia, we tried to get away for just 1 night to stay there, she fell, we had to leave however, would have left early due to the conditions EXTREMELY unhappy. I do NOT want to be "that person" but feel in this instance we were not satisfied even a little so recommending this hotel to others is depending on how you handle my circumstances. Please issue a refund for my/our stay to show in good faith you stand behind your policy of customer satisfaction.
