Negatives:
First off, when we get to our room the safe did not work and our door was really hard to open and close we had to really push the door hardly in or out when leaving the room, the light bulb in our bedroom kept flickering and the water in the shower would drain really slowly, last night we were there it didn’t even drain. We went to the hotel restaurant a few nights and got great service from a young gentleman but the last time we went we were literally getting kicked out, right at 10 when they closed they started sweeping right under my feet and passed by my mothers chair with a mop bucked and bumped into her very aggressively, they turned off the music and were very rude. We asked to check out 30 minutes later than the time we were supposed to very politely because our ride was not there yet and the lady very rudely said no. I had previously stayed there about 2 years ago and the experience was completely different so we decided to stay there again but will definitely not be back, I often book hotel rooms through this app and have had great experiences up until this time.
