Positives: Location and shuttle service to the airport.
Negatives: There was a strong smell in the room and the curtains were torn as I mentioned to the staff and took pictures which I emailed. I asked to be moved to another room, but there was no response. The hotel also tried to keep my deposit. So I had to dispute the charge through my bank.

Negatives: Free shuttle from the airport doesn't work at night, had to take an Uber. Paid late checkout and they informed it was until 3pm, the next morning they appeared in the room and said I had to leave at 2. no breakfast available

Negatives: Place was a dump! TV and bathroom electrical outlet didn't work. Lampshades were broken. Mold in the showers and holes in room walls. Front desk emoloyee was wearing a Buccee's tshirt.

Negatives: bad customer service, no shuttle. you have to call ahead. no water bottles. the water is in the vending machine, no card accepted. The ATM was out of service. The room felt cheap and cockroaches were present. Would not recommend
