Positives:
Room was nice, bed was comfortable. Lobby and grounds were nice.
Negatives:
Breakfast was included in the price we paid but staff said it wasn't in their system and attempted to ignore it. Then said she'd speak to the manager and I could ask in the morning. We were given a continental breakfast voucher for 1 day. The choices were very limited and the kitchen was closed for breakfast on the weekdays. Also the continental breakfast was $10 per a person otherwise and definitely not worth it. We chose not to debate the issue of the free breakfast and purchased breakfast on the weekend in their restaurant.

When I tried to check in they said they were overbooked and didn't have any 2 queen beds rooms like I had reserved over a month in advance. They put us in a 1 king bed room without even a pullout couch and we had to pile 4 ppl in the bed. They did not give us any type of discount or even comp breakfast for the inconvenience. They were very indifferent and "oh well" was there response

After a long day, I checked in at 9 PM. I informed the reception that I was unable to use the app and was told that the digital key is not permitted when booking through a third party, something they had already explained several times that day. Additionally, I was informed that I would not receive water or points during my stay. I had to ask about parking and the location of the elevators as these details were not provided. Overall, I did not feel welcomed.
During my stay, I was meeting guests for business purposes and was not informed at check-in that the business center was inoperable due to renovations. As a result, I had to meet my guests in the dining area. At breakfast, I was neither acknowledged nor guided on where to sit or what was included. Another guest also asked me what was included, as the breakfast host was unable to communicate effectively due to a language barrier.
