Horrible... while I understand that due to the weather, there was no water, electricity, or power. But why did we accept my $187 payment. I paid an almost $50 Uber to get here to find this information out!! Here it is 3 days later and I'm still out of my $287 plus $100 and travel fees to and from the airport to then have to sleep in the airport!!!!
