Positives:
I did have a great experience with Nyla at the front desk. The room I was assigned didn't have working ac the first night. The next morning, I went to the desk, and Nyla switched my room without hesitation.
Negatives:
I booked a double queen room and was given a king because I was told that a large group was checking in, and they all requested 2 queens. I was put in a king with no ac. Yet the next morning at 6 am, I was switched to 2 queens by and desk clerk.

Arriving there were no carts available to move all of my belongings up. I traveled for work and had multiple computers and extra monitor. After getting in the room I turned the air down and unpacked and got settled. I stepped out for a little bit and upon my return the ac was clearly out and it was 74 degrees in the room. I contacted the front desk and she advised no one could assist with the ac that evening but I could move rooms. I told her I preferred not to move rooms due to all of the items I had and I asked if it could be repaired the next day. She assured me it would be repaired the next day, so I spent the evening very uncomfortable and got little sleep. I left the room at 11:30am the next day to attend work meetings and returned around 6:30 to a 75 degree room. I went down stairs to discuss the issue with the desk clerk Holly, to which she stated she took the request but was unsure why it didn’t get fixed. I explained that if it could not be fixed I would like to check out and receive a refund back for the 3 additional nights that I had booked. She stated she could not give me any refund because I didn’t book with the hotel but she could transfer me. I explained again that I suffered through a sleepless night the evening before because I did not want to switch rooms as I’d have to pack everything up and move it. I recently had a surgery and I’m not supposed to carry anything over 5 pounds with that arm and that this was a huge inconvenience. She again stated she could not refund me and I requested to corporate office number. I contacted them and expanded the situation and I was told a manager would call me the next day. I explained to the lady on the phone that if I needed to pack my belongings to move rooms I would pack and leave the hotel and require a refund. I did leave the hotel at 7pm on 11/5 and turned in my room key. I never received a call from anyone and was charged $501.40 for a room that I stayed in 1 night that had no AC!
