The bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
Too expensive for what you got. Aged motel, poor breakfast, traffic noise, smelly air conditioners was musty, dog barking in room next door.

The sheets were dirty. The floor was dirty. Had to ask sheets to be changed and had to wash our feet off before we could put on our shoes and this was after a shower.

It was noisy after hours, the floor layout was dangerous with unexpected obstacles. There was no elevator, so we had to carry our own luggage upstairs. The breakfast was mediocre at best.

The staff were great and accommodating.
Negatives:
The room I was out in was not clean. The bathtub had a soap scum ring around the inside and I had to request the bathroom be cleaned at night. The staff gladly cleaned the bathroom and stated they would let the manager know of incident. The floors were also not clean and if I walked around without shoes on, my feet began getting black it was obvious the floor was cleaned with soap and not rinsed well.
