Negatives: The customer service was not great, waited at the front desk for 20 min for her to realize someone is waiting at the check in. There hotel is next to a restaurant with very loud music, so if you want peace don’t recommend this place on a friday, Saturday night .

Negatives: That they didn't tell you that the boiler was our so were the elevator. Good thing we got there early but instead of a double bed instead we ended up getting one bed. Not to mention that the boiler was out so very little water pressure.

Negatives: There was dead roach in the kitchen cabinets. The places smelled like stale cigarettes. There were people hanging out in dark corners of the property every night. The front door to the facility didn’t close properly. The area didn’t feel safe at night as it was very very dark. The facility didn’t spend any money on upkeep of the place (broken/missing glass from the fire pull system). The water wasn’t hot on our first day. And the free breakfast was literally granola bars. We needed to extend our stay and booked with Marriott.

Positives: The staff was nice and professional. There was freezer in the kitchen.

Negatives: The room was very dusty and the floor was dirty. The bath tub had lots of long black all over it. We had to ask for a hairdryer and a coffee maker which should be in the room like every other hotel. The entire hotel needs updating. It's not up to the standard a typical traveler expects. We won't be staying at an Extended Stay Hotel in the future.
