Positives: Unfortunately, there was absolutely nothing I liked here. Will be spreading the word to all my travel buddies as well to avoid at all costs!!!

Negatives: 1st, Asked for 1st floor but was told none were available. So I struggled up the awful stairs that were nowhere near my room 2nd, homeless, drug addicts wandering the parking lot, lurking near my car (and others) all night, and sleeping on the stairs closest to me. 3rd, the phone in my room did not work. I had to search for the number to call the front desk to ask to move because of homeless people sleeping on stairs, but I was dismissed and told I can't move and he would go take care of the problem (they "left" and came back within 15 minutes) 4th, ROACHES CRAWLING AROUND EVERYWHERE!!!!! My fiance and I did not sleep even 1 minute due to the infestation coming from thE shower and sink drains. They were EVERYWHERE!!!! I checked in around 2:30am and checked out around 7:30am so I could sleep in my vehicle instead. Asked about refund and was sharply told "NO", and he was trying to blame ME for not switching rooms when I had been told previously that there was nothing available to switch into.... I am very loyal to La Quinta but this extremely short "stay" was an absolute nightmare!!!! I will be looking to book other hotels from now on
