Bed, sheets stained Bathroom, baseboards poorly installed in room 156, tub finish flaking off. Floors of room were oily and filthy

Bedbugs.blood on sheets. There was rat poop on floor. The bathroom had hair everywhere especially the tub. Stains in tub and table legs were rusty
