Negatives: I complained about mold and a dirty a.c filter tht smelled horrible and the front desk clerk switches my room three times . Each room had black mold in it . One had it on the lamp covers and on the wall when you lay in the bed and look up. The next had black mold in the shower on the ceiling and on the walls the third had mold on the hanging sheets that cover the box spring. I stayed outside the room all night I didn't sleep at all. Waiting for the manager to come and give me a refund which I never received. Booking.com agents kept hanging up the phone continuously. The call center is located in the Philippines they do not care about the problems or concerns booking.com has to be the worst in handling situations regarding reimbursement or accommodations. I strongly advise to use priceline instead you will definitely lose money with booking.com I never experienced anything like this and I am a trucker I stay at hotels all the time. There is black mold in the lobby when you book the room at the front desk just look up at the nasty disgusting ceiling. Black mold will kill you quick and quietly this is one of the biggest health hazards to date. The fat lady at the front desk acts like she doesn't know it's mold in the building meanwhile they all sit and breathe the mold they can see it its clearly visible DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL IT IS DISGUSTING
