After Friday, Nov 29th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 29, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Negatives: Breakfast it could be better and could have cleaned the bathroom floor it had hair every where

Positives: The woman at the front desk was a bit "snippy". The 100 dollar deposit is crazy. Other than that the jacuzzi room was clean. It was cleaned than I imagine it to be and everything worked as it should. It could've been a little bit cleaned. There was hair in the filter., but nothing too bad.

Positives: Hotel was clean. Check-in and check-out was easy.

Negatives: Too few power outlets in room, so I could not charge me phone by the bed. Also, neighbors were noisy after 12am with a TV on too loud.
