Positives: Clean, Comfortable, Great Beds

Negatives: Disappointed in their breakfast. Hoping for a continental breakfast, got a light breakfast. Light breakfast consisted of granola bars, coffee and juice. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

Negatives: It started at the front desk. The front desk man took for ever to figure out our reservation even when I showed him my reservation number. Then we had reserved a King and he would not let us have it because we had a dog. And he charged us the same price for a queen room as you pay for a king. Then in the room the bed was so uncomfortable we woke up with sore backs and you could feel the springs on the sides of the bed. The heat system was difficult to figure out and we about cooked to death. Then the noise from kids yelling in the hall and running over the top of our room. It was just an awful experience from the start.
