Plumber is dyslexic and puts hot water on right and cold on left even though they are labeled the other way.

Staff was effective, though the cleaning personnel were ALWAYS way way too loud while they discussed their lives while cleaning. I'd fix that RIGHT NOW! Thank you for a very good breakfast!

There was other peoples' black hair around our sing grooves. Kind of sickening. The room was otherwise fine. I guess it's OK with management to have Pit Bulldogs in the lobby all the time, accompanying the check-in staff. Small TV; Couldn't read the CC.

Negatives:
The toilet/shower compartment is pretty small, but this really wasn't an issue for us. Water control in the shower is a bit tricky, so it's necessary to determine water temperature before entering the shower stall.
