Location is good and breakfast is descent

Our room was overheated to 84F. It took 2 hours to cool it down. We were not offered another room because hotel was full. Some staff members were not friendly, given the problem they created for us. Room was small, carpets dirty and old. Price was way to high for what we got

Positives:
Location, location, location.
The rest is your usual Holiday Inn Express. All good, you get what you paid for.
Ceilings are kind of unique though :)
Negatives:
First night we were given a second floor room which entrance is overlooking a common area on the first floor. If anyone in your company has issues with falling asleep in noisy conditions - ask for another room.
Kids could not get asleep until after 10pm.
Moved to a different room for the remainder of the trip and it was a quiet haven from that moment.
