Very thin walls, which made it very difficult to sleep. Despite many texts from staff asking if we needed anything, we never received fresh towels after many requests. Why send us so many text messages if you weren’t able to provide what we requested? The only available breakfast foods were granola, apples, and yogurt.

The hotel is not fancy or modern but it was as I had expected after reading some of the reviews and the beds were comfortable, the rooms quiet and it had everything we needed. Yes the free breakfast is just a help yourself to some yogurt and granola type thing but as we were getting up early this worked out really well. The location is fabulous for getting to the park via the free shuttle. One night we missed the shuttle back and it was less than a 20min walk back. Good eating places near by too. The price was good for the location.
Negatives:
The breakfast was a bit of a shock but it worked out good for us in the end. I think if I knew it wasn't much before I booked I wouldn't have minded.

There is no breakfast provided at the location in opposite to which they promised to provide the breakfast during booking. We went out to other place to get the breakfast. The receptionist told that she ran out of the cereal/milk.

I wish that I had gotten the check-in information a bit earlier. But that could be a fault of the technology. Hopefully, the ice machine can be fixed next time.
