Negatives: For the price it was worth it

Negatives: Highway noise.

Negatives: I was not given the room I booked. The man at the front desk first tried to tell me that there was no way I had booked a room on booking.com. When I showed him my reservation information he told me he was going to put me in a double queen rather than the king I had booked. I told him I would prefer the king room and he told me the AC was not working in that room. I said that I didn't care and I wanted the king room. He then told me that the king room was having issues with the bathroom. I relented and accepted the double queen. He then asked if I wanted 1st floor or 2nd. I told him I'd prefer first floor. I had an injury that made stairs difficult. He told me that no, he was going to put me on the second floor. Fine, I was tired and just wanted a shower and to go to sleep. He then tells me he has to cancel the booking.com reservation and charge me separately. It seemed odd but I was tired and I agreed. I get to the room and at first things seemed alright. Then I noticed the towels were dirty. There were yellow crusty areas on them. Not all of them though so I wasn't going to go back down to the front to complain after the experience i had just had. Again, I was exhausted after driving literally all day. I showered and got into bed and noticed some dark thick hairs on the sheets. Possibly from whomever changed them but I don't know. Then in the morning I noticed the carpet was pretty grimy and kind of sticky. I was checking out anyway. I had checked my card to see if the booking.com charge was reversed. I actually had two charges from booking.com with one of them showing a reversal. I checked the card that I had given the man at the front desk and I had a charge from the hotel as well. When I went to go checkout I rang the bell in the front and waited almost 5 minutes for the same man to come to the desk. I brought up the multiple charges and he dismissed me very quickly saying " you'll have to talk to booking.com".

Negatives: A lot of traffic noise steady all of the time. More breakfast choices, usually things like oatmeal and yogurt are standard

Negatives: The atmosphere

Negatives: There was something spilled on the bathroom floor, looked like blood? I wiped it up, Traffic noise like trucks going by was very noisy in the morning, not very sound-proof room. Door looked a little battered, but worked fine.

Negatives: Very old, smelly, and dirty.

Negatives: Quoted a price for our stay, and they wanted to change it to a different price than what was quoted, but we got it all cleared up, they are friendly and it's clean

Negatives: We had to ask for a clean spread because clearly had a poop smear.
